At Valencia Theater Seating, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our luxury home cinema furniture and offer a 30-day return window to ensure your complete satisfaction. If your seating does not meet your expectations, we are committed to facilitating a smooth exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated concierge team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Collection

  Ensure all theater chairs are disassembled and placed back into their original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule White Glove Pickup

  Our logistics partner will contact you to coordinate a convenient time for professional pickup and inspection of the returned items.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse confirms the items are in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
